Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce Potatoes, shredded
  • 1 med Onion, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper, fresh grnd
  • 4 x Salmon fillets, 4oz each
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, combine potatoes, onion, tarragon, salt and pepper.
  2. Place salmon on wax paper; press half the potato mix proportionately over salmon. Carefully turn salmon over and repeat with remaining potato mix.
  3. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Place salmon in skillet; cook 4 min on each side, or possibly till potatoes are golden brown.
