Ingredientes
1 pound whole wheat pastas, cooked and drained
3 T olive oil
2 cans salmon
1 chopped bell pepper
2 cups frozen peas
1 bunch green onions, chopped or any fresh vegetable
1 cup Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese)
3 T fresh lemon juice
salt, pepper & cayenne or hot sauce to taste
1 T chopped fresh dill
Direcciones
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, seasonings and dill.
Pour over pasta, salmon and vegetables.
Toss and serve.
