Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg cans of Pink Salmon (take out the bones and skin)
  • 1 x egg
  • 2 c. of saltine crackers, finely crushed
  •     pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix till it holds a hard patty shape - and shape into patties. Add in more crackers or possibly lowfat milk to get the right consistency. Fry in a med. warm pan till browned on each side.
