Salmon Picatta

I made picatta with fresh salmon fillets. Served with home made tomato sauce.

Ingredientes

  • For Salmon Picatta
  • 1 Salmon fillet (0.5b)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Minced Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Corn Starch
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • For Sauce
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Canned Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1/4teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/16 teaspoon Salt

Direcciones

  1. Cut the salmon skin off, remove bones and chop salmon meat coarsely.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped salmon, egg, onion and corn starch. Mix well. Form into tow patties.
  3. Heat olive oil and cook salmon patties until cooked through,
  4. Make sauce. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook garlic over medium heat until fragrant. Add tomato sauce, dried basil, dried oregano and salt. Reduce heat and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add black pepper to taste.
  5. Put the sauce on each serving plate and salmon picatta.
