Salmon Pudding ( Laxpudding)

Ingredientes

  • 200 gm salt salmon
  • 750 gm potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. minced dill
  •     white pepper
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 400 ml lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Soak the fish in cool water overnight about 12 hrs.
  2. Wipe it dry and cut in pcs.
  3. Peel and slice the potatoes.
  4. Put the potatoes and salmon in layers in a buttered baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with dill and a little pepper between the layers.
  6. The first and last layer shouid be potatoes.
  7. Beat together the Large eggs and lowfat milk pour into the baking dish.
  8. Bake in a 175 degrees oven for about 1 hour.
  9. Serve with melted butter.
