Salmon Sour Cream Bake

Ingredientes

  • 2 (8 ounce.) fresh or possibly frzn salmon steaks, cut 1" thick
  • 1/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash grnd red pepper
  • 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese (1 ounce.)

Direcciones

  1. Thaw salmon, if frzn. Place salmon steaks flat on cutting surface. Halve steaks lengthwise, perpendicular to cutting surface, removing center bones. Place the 4 pcs of salmon in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered in a 450 degree oven for 12-15 min or possibly just till fish flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Meanwhile, in small bowl combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, lemon juice, salt and red pepper. Spoon over salmon; sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 3-4 min more or possibly till sauce is just heated through. Makes 4 servings.
