- In lg. pan, med heat, melt butter. Add fish, skin side down, and pour on half the lemon
- Cover & let cook for 5 min.
- Flip the fish & remove skin with tongs, then add the other half of the lemon juice. Put cover back on & cook r more min.
- Serve with fresh lemon& cracked black pepper.
