Salmon With Cucumber And Cream Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 2 x 2 lb. Salmon fillets, 1" thick
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter melted
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced chives
  • 2 c. Whipping cream
  • 2 med Cucumbers peeled, seeded,
  •     and cubed
  •     Juice of 2 or possibly 3 lemons

Direcciones

  1. Place salmon fillets in greased baking dish. Brush butter onto the salmon and season with salt and pepper. Top with chives. Pour cream into baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min, or possibly till fish begins to flake. (Thinner fillets may require less time.)
  2. Remove fillets from the oven and add in lemon juice and cucumber. Baste the salmon well and return the dish to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 15 min.
