Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Reduced-fat, cholesterol-
  •     Free mayonnaise dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh dill
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 lb Salmon fillet
  • 1 Tbsp. Salad oil
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat boiler if manufacturer directs.
  2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix mayonnaise dressing, dill, lowfat milk and mustard. set aside
  3. With tweezers, remove any small bones from salmon fillet. Cut salmon crosswise into 4 pcs.
  4. Grease broiling rack. Place salmon pcs on rack skin-side down. Brush top of salmon with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil salmon 5-7 inches from heat for about 8-10 min (depending on the thickness of the fillets), or possibly till golden brown on top and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  5. Place salmon on 4 dinner plates; top with mustard sauce.
