Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 4 tsp liquid removed prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
  • 2 x 6-to (8-oz) 3/4 inch-thick salmon steaks
  •     Whole fresh chives

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly oil 9 inch glass pie plate.
  2. Combine yogurt, horseradish and chives in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Season salmon lightly with salt and pepper. Spread 1 Tbsp. yogurt mix over each salmon steak. Arrange salmon in prepared dish.
  3. Bake salmon till just cooked through, about 18 min. Transfer to plate.
  4. Garnish with chives. Serve, passing remaining yogurt mix as sauce.
  5. Serves 2.
