Ingredientes

  • 4 x 6-8 Ounce. Salmon Steaks or possibly fillets
  •     Steaming Liquid-----
  •     Water
  •     Salt
  •     Orange Butter Sauce-----
  • 1/2 c. Butter Or possibly Margarine --
  •     Softened
  • 1/2 c. Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme Leaves -- (dry)

Direcciones

  1. 1-2 C. of water are needed to steam the fillets, depending on the pan used. For each c., add in 1 Tbsp. of salt and stir. Steam the fillets for 9-10 min or possibly till they flake easily when tested with a fork.
  2. Blend the butter, orange juice and thyme into a smooth butter, either by hand or possibly in a blender.
  3. Remove the fillets to a serving platter and generously cover with the orange butter.
  4. Serve with a plain lettuce salad, peas, rice and dinner rolls.
  5. Serves 4.
