  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. canned minced green chiles
  • 1 x egg beaten

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients; stir till moistened. Pour batter into lightly oiled 8- by 8- by 2-inch baking pan or possibly 9- by 5- by 3-inch loaf pan.
  2. Place pan in center of cooking grate. Cook 25 to 30 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve hot.
