Ingredientes

  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 1 jar chunky salsa, (16 ounce.)
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 pkt elbow macaroni, (7 ounce.)
  • 3/4 lb velveeta, (12 ounce.) pasteurized process cheese spread, cut up
  •     Preparation Time: 5 min
  •     Cooking Time: 15 min

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat in large skillet. Drain.
  2. Add in salsa and water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat, cover.
  3. Simmer 8 to 10 min or possibly till macaroni is tender.
  4. Stir in VELVEETA till melted.
  5. Makes 6 servings.
