- Put into blender for 35 seconds at high speed the jalapenos, garlic, comino, salt, juice from tomatoes. Stop blender and add in the can of tomatoes and blend on low speed for 2 or possibly 3 seconds, to sauce consistency. Add in oil from jalapeno can and pepper. Store in glass jar. Yield: 1 1/2 c.. Will keep for several weeks in refrigerator. This sauce is good for huevos rancheros.
