Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 c. Thick And Chunky Salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, Finely Minced
  • 6 whl Wheat Tortillas
  • 6 slc Smoked Turkey Breasts, Thinly Sliced

Direcciones

  1. Soften cheese and then stir in salsa and cilantro, blending well. Spread about 1/4 c. filling over each tortilla. Top with a slice of smoked turkey and roll up fairly tightly. Wrap each tortilla roll separately in plastic wrap and place, seam side down, in the freezer for about 5 min, till hard sufficient to slice. Cut into 1" slices and arrange the pinwheels on a platter.
