Ingredientes
2 c. coarsely minced fresh tomatillos or possibly 2 cans tomatillos, minced and well liquid removed
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. minced fresh cilantro or possibly parsley
1 pickled jalapeno pepper, minced (from jar)
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning or possibly garlic pwdr
2 to 3 tbsp. lime juice
Direcciones
Combine all salsa ingredients in medium bowl, mix well. Chill at least 30 min to blend flavors. Serve with white chili, recipe this book.
