Ingredientes

  • 2 c. coarsely minced fresh tomatillos or possibly 2 cans tomatillos, minced and well liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced fresh cilantro or possibly parsley
  • 1 pickled jalapeno pepper, minced (from jar)
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning or possibly garlic pwdr
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. lime juice

Direcciones

  1. Combine all salsa ingredients in medium bowl, mix well. Chill at least 30 min to blend flavors. Serve with white chili, recipe this book.
