Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Small new, ("creamer") potatoes
  • 4 quart Water
  • 1 c. Salt
  • 1/2 c. Butter

Direcciones

  1. Place the potatoes and water in a large pot. Pour the salt over the potatoes, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 25 min, or possibly till the potatoes are fork-tender.
  2. Serve with the melted butter for dipping.
