Ingredientes

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 2 c. mixed or possibly cocktail peanuts
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 6 ounce. butterscotch chips

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients; blend well. Press into ungreased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake 10-12 min. Sprinkle nuts over partially baked crust.
  2. In small saucepan, combine corn syrup, butter, water and butterscotch chips; boil 2 min, stirring constantly. Pour cooked mix over nuts. Bake 10-12 min, till golden. Cold and cut into bars. Makes 3-4 dozen.
