Receta Sam's Easy Bake Apple Pie

Ingredientes

6 c. sliced, pared tart apples (I use golden brown apples) 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 3/4 c. lowfat milk 2 tbsp. softened butter

2 Large eggs 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick mix Streusel (recipe below)

Direcciones

1. Mix apples and cinnamon. Spread in a greased pie plate (10 x 1 1/2 inch). Beat next 5 ingredients for 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven till knife inserted in center comes out clear, 55 to 65 min.
2. Streusel: Mix 1 c. Bisquick mix, 1/2 c. minced nuts, 1/3 c. packed brown sugar, and 3 Tbsp. hard butter till crumbly.
