Ingredientes

3 med. sweet taters
1/2 pound butter

1 1/2 c. sugar
Dash nutmeg

Direcciones

Boil and mash up 3 medium sweet taters. Whilst they's still warm, add in 1/2 lb. butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, n' a dash of nutmeg. Mix up'n ifnhits too thick, drap a spoon of water in it. Mix 1 tsp. each of butter, sugar 'n flour. Sprinkle on top of taters. Bake in uncooked pie crust at 325 degrees till crust is a prutty brown.
