Receta Sambal Kicap Manis (Spicy Sweet Soy Sauce)

This is a sweet and spicy condiment, great with any grilled meat, seafood, and fantastic with Soto Ayam.

Sambal Kicap Manis (Spicy Sweet Soy Sauce)

Ingredients

15 Thai Bird's Eye Chilies, chopped

• 4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
• 3 Shallots, peeled & sliced
• 8 Tbsp Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce (Kicap Manis)
• 4 to 5 Kalamansi, juiced

Method

Combine all the ingredients for sauce and season with extra lime juice if needed.
