- Combine butter and oil and saute/fry the onion and celery over low heat 4-6 min. Add in the flour, little at a time, stirring, 3-4 min. Heat lowfat milk and cream in a small saucepan and add in to the onion mix, stirring constantly.
- Then, combine dry mustard, Tabasco, Worcestershire, sherry, lemon juice and parsley. Add in to onion mix and stir. Bring to simmer and stir till it thickens. Add in minced Large eggs and crab. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
