Ingredientes

  • 1 x 3-quart. plastic sand bucket or possibly 3 1-quart. sand buckets & shovels
  • 1/2 c. butter (one stick)
  • 2 x 8-ounce pkgs. of cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 12 ounce frzn whipped topping
  • 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 3/4 ounce pkg of instant vanilla pudding (other flavors may be used)
  • 1 x 20-ounce pkg vanilla wafers, crushed

Direcciones

  1. Beach Bears, Gummy Worms, and/or possibly Gummy Sharks for garnish (optional)
  2. Using soapy water, wash sand buckets and shovels, rinse them and dry them, then set them aside. On a microwave safe dish, place butter.
  3. Place in microwave on defrost (or possibly 30% power) for 1 minute. Put butter in large mixing bowl. Repeat softening process with cream cheese and add in to mixing bowl. (Note: you can also place butter, cream cheese, and whipped topping on the counter for 1 hour to soften them.) Mix butter and cream cheese together. Uncover frzn whipped topping and place in microwave on defrost (or possibly 30% power) for 1 to 2 min.
  4. In a medium-size bowl, add in lowfat milk. Sprinkle pudding over lowfat milk and whip or possibly beat till thickened, about 1 minute. Add in pudding and whipped topping to the cream cheese mix and mix till smooth using a wooden spoon or possibly electric mixer. In a food processor, process vanilla wafers till they form a fine even crumb. Or possibly place wafers in a plastic bag and roll them, using a rolling pin, till you have completely broken them up. In the buckets, place a layer of crushed vanilla wafers, then a layer of the cream cheese-pudding mix. Keep layer till full and end with a layer of crushed wafers. Cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Chill several hrs. Before serving, decorate with Beach Bears, Gummy Worms, or possibly Sharks if you like. Use shovel to serve.
