Sandra's Marinated Broiled Scallops

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound bay scallops
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Sprinkle of parsley (fresh or possibly dry)
  • Sprinkle of Italian flavored bread crumbs
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Mix wine, garlic pwdr, lemon juice and parsley. Place scallops in pyrex baking dish (shallow). Pour wine mix over top of scallops. Marinate scallops in mix at least half an hour. Sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese over top of scallops and wine mix. Broil for 8-10 min. Very good served over rice.
