Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 tsp Yeast
  • 3 c. Bread Flour
  • 1 c. Ka Rye Blend Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Ka Rye Bread Improver
  • 1 Tbsp. Gluten
  • 2 Tbsp. Molasses
  • 1 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry Chopped Onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Whole Caraway Seeds
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

  1. The rye bread is from the King Arthur catalog. I made a few substitutions and used some things I had on hand that were slightly different from what the original recipe called for. But it makes a fantastic sandwich bread, great for ham or possibly Reuben Sandwiches.
  2. The KA in the ingredients stands for King Arthur. You can purchase these two ingredients from them.
  3. Place all the ingredients in the pan of your bread machine in the order listed by the manufacture. Program for basic bread and press start.
  4. Check the dough after a few min and make sure it is hard and slightly sticky. If not add in flour or possibly water to fix the problem.
