Receta Sangria Mocktail

Sangria Mocktail

Does anyone ever remember when our parents would talk about what it was like “back in the day”? Or what they did when they were a kid, or how tough life was for them?

Do you ever stop and think how you truly end up doing the same thing? I chuckle at the thought of some of the zany things we did back then and actually how easy it was to get a cocktail at certain places that never asked for your i.d.

Barely 19, there was a popular restaurant we frequented. Let me tell you, it wasn’t for the food. The place “Sirloin and Brew”. We would go there and the girl’s would order a pitcher of Sangria. We loved their sangria. I have tried to order Sangria several times over the years and have never found one that I actually liked. I don’t drink much these days. That’s when I decided to make Sangria Mocktail.

My sangria, minus the wine and brandy is quite refreshing.

You can play around with the amount of orange, grape and pom juice to find the right taste for your palate. I like adding club soda instead of 7-up or lemon-lime soda. Who needs all that fructose corn syrup or added calories anyway?

I had some strawberries and should have added them in here, but oops, I forgot.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
