Receta Sarciadong Tilapia

- Heat cooking oil in a wok and fry fish until brown. Set aside.
- In same pan saute onion, garlic and tomatoes. Add water, and season with fish sauce. Simmer to boil.
- Add eggs beaten and simmer until cooked.
- Place fried fish on the mixture and pour the sauce over the top of fish. Let fish sit for few minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with steamed rice.
