Ingredientes

  • 2 x tomato, minced
  • 1 sm onion, minced
  • 1 clv garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 sprg fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 x lemon, juice, and, zest
  • 2 x white fish, fillets, seabass is great, snapper is nice
  •     salt
  •     pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
  2. Place the vegetables in a baking dish and sprinkle with the oil, thyme leaves and lemon zest and juice.
  3. Lay the fish on top of the vegetables and cook for 7-8 min. Season and serve with the tomato mix spooned over the fish.
