Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Half & half
  • 2/3 c. Amaretto liqueur
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients. Stir over moderate heat till sugar is dissolved.
  2. Bring to a boil & cook without stirring till it reaches 238 degrees on thermometer. Remove from heat & let stand till it reaches 140 degrees.
  3. Beat with a spoon till mix begins to thicken slightly ( mix will still be shiny). Pour quickly into a foil-lined 8" square pan. Let stand till cold. Use foil to remove from pan & cut into squares.
