Receta Sarson Ka Saag

- Chop both greens, wash, drain.
- Heat oil in the pressure cooker direct.
- Add in both greens, green chillies, stir.
- Add in ginger, garlic, stir.
- Add in few pinches salt, 1 c. water.
- Pressure cook until done. (2 whistles).
- Mash well.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add in onion, saute/fry until brown,
- Add in all remaining ingredients, except cheese.
- Stir well and cook until oil separates.
- Garnish with cheese.
- Serve warm with makki ki roti, or possibly paratha.
- Making time: 25 min (excluding pressure cooking time)
- Makes: 3-4 servings
