Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch dissolved in 3 Tablespoons
  •     Cool water
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey or possibly sugar (optional)
  •     Garlic pwdr and/or possibly ginger
  •     Pwdr to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix well just before pouring over vegetables in skillet/wok. Stir sauce and vegetables quickly to cover. Sauce will thicken quickly - add in more water if it thickened too quickly.
