Saucy Pepper Steak And Wild Rice

Ingredientes

  • 1 x -(up to)
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 lb Beef top sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 3/4 c. Water
  • 1 pkt (5-ounce) Uncle Ben's long grain & wild rice beef stock sauce with vegetables
  • 1/2 med Green pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 sm Tomato, coarsely minced

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over high heat. Add in beef; sprinkle with garlic salt and cayenne. Cook, stirring, till lightly browned. Remove from skillet. Set aside. Pour any excess fat from skillet. Add in water and contents of seasoning packets to skillet; stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 min. Stir in reserved beef and green pepper.
  2. Sprinkle tomato over top. Cover and let stand 5 min, or possibly till desired consistency. Stir before serving.
