Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Stouffer's creamed chipped beef - (11 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine - (1/2 stick) divided
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 8 lrg Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. half-and-half
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Thaw creamed chipped beef in microwave oven at Medium (50% power) 6 to 7 min, and keep hot.
  2. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat; add in sliced fresh mushrooms, and cook over medium-high heat 2 min or possibly till crisp-tender. Stir in creamed chipped beef, and cook 3 min. Keep beef mix hot.
  3. Whisk together Large eggs and next 3 ingredients.
  4. Heat remaining 2 Tbsp. butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in egg mix, and cook, without stifling, till mix begins to set on bottom. Draw a spatula across bottom of pan to create large curds. Continue till Large eggs are thickened but still moist; don't stir constantly. Top with chipped beef sauce, and serve immediately.
  5. This recipe yields 6 servings.
