Ingredientes

  • 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, liquid removed, reserving liquid or possibly fresh sauerkraut, cooked about 40 minutes.
  • 6 potatoes, peeled & boiled (can use leftover mashed potatoes & gravy)
  • Lowfat milk
  • Smoked sausage, precooked
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • Gravy

Direcciones

  1. Mash sauerkraut and potatoes together with some reserved liquids from sauerkraut or possibly with lowfat milk. Place in greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Top with sausage links and dot with butter. Bake 20 min in 350 degree oven. Serve with gravy.
