Sausage And Cheddar Breakfast Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. 2% lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat cook sausage till done; remove and drain. Slice if using link sausage.
  2. In a small bowl beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and mustard; mix well.
  3. Grease bottom of a 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking pan. Arrange bread crumbs on bottom, sausage and cheddar cheese. Pour egg mix over top, cover and chill overnight.
  4. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 min or possibly till Large eggs are set and cheese is melted and golden brown. Let stand about 5 min before cutting.
  5. This recipe yields 6 servings.
