Ingredientes

1/8 c. extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 lg. head escarole

1 pound cavatelli
1 sm. pkg. sausage
Parmesan cheese (as topping)

Direcciones

Boil escarole till soft; drain. Boil cavetelli till cooked; boil sausage till cooked. Dice garlic into extra virgin olive oil and saute/fry. Add in all remaining ingredients; stir till warm. Top with Parmesan cheese.
