Ingredientes

  • 3 tbsp. olive or possibly corn oil
  • 3 ounce. white wine
  • 1 1/2 pound Italian sweet sausage
  • 1 lg. Spanish or possibly 2 reg. onions, minced
  • 1 pound peppers, green or possibly red cut into pcs
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Use skillet large sufficient for all ingredients. Place in extra virgin olive oil, wine, and sausage; cover. On medium-low heat cook sausage 20 min turning often. Add in onion and cook 5-6 min stirring often. Add in peppers, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook 10 min, turning often. Remove cover, raise heat to medium and cook another 10 min. Remove and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
