Ingredientes

  • 1 can reduced-fat condensed tomato soup (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. fat-free (skim) lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced green bell pepper
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 pkt reduced-fat smoked turkey sausage - (7 ounce) cut 1/8" slices
  • 4 c. cooked bow tie pasta

Direcciones

  1. Combine soup and lowfat milk in small bowl; mix well and set aside.
  2. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat till warm. Add in onion, pepper, garlic and Italian seasoning; cook and stir till onion and peppers are tender.
  3. Add in mushrooms and salt; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. Add in sausage; mix well. Reduce heat; cover and simmer an additional 2 min. Add in pasta; toss till coated with sauce.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
