Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound Italian sausage (either warm, sweet or possibly combination)
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 lg. green peppers, cut in strips
  • 1 med. onion, cut in rings
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 can Zesty tomato soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Cut sausage in chunks and cook in 2 Tbsp. water for 5 min (in a covered pan). Uncover and brown; add in green pepper, onion and garlic. Cook till peppers are tender-crisp. Drain off grease. Stir in soup, 1 c. water and vinegar. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 min. Serve over rice.
