Sausage Broccoli Bake

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound bulk sausage
  • 2 beaten Large eggs
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts, liquid removed and sliced
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced broccoli, cooked and liquid removed
  • 3/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes (optional)

Direcciones

  1. In skillet cook sausage till browned; drain off fat. In bowl combine Large eggs, bread crumbs, water chestnuts, broccoli, and sausage; mix well. Turn mix into 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35 min. Combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, and mustard. Spread over sausage mix. If you like, sprinkle parsley flakes on top. Bake 5-7 min more or possibly till warm. Makes 6 servings.
