Ingredientes

  • 1 lb (500 g.) sausage
  • 2 Tbsp. flour, all purpose
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/2 lb (225 g.) pineapple (optional)
  • 1/2 lb (200 g.) peas (optional)
  • 1/2 lb (210 g.) corn (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Note: Measurements are approximate.
  2. Simmer sausages for 5 min in a small amount of water to remove the skins.
  3. In a medium sized casserole dish, mix flour, sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce with pineapple juice to a smooth paste.
  4. Add in liquid from peas and corn, salt and pepper, stir to mix.
  5. Add in sausages thickly sliced, then the other ingredients.
