Ingredientes

  • 1 pound extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound warm bulk pork sausage, crumbled
  • 3 c. buttermilk Bisquick mix

Direcciones

  1. Heat cheese in top of double boiler. Add in sausage. Cook about 20 min or possibly till sausage looses pink color, stirring occasionally.
  2. Combine cheese mix and biscuit mix, stirring till well blended. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min or possibly till brown.
