Sausage Cheese Lasagna

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound warm bulk pork sausage
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can tomato soup
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry whole oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry whole basil
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce.) carton cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet, stirring to crumble, drain off drippings. Stir in soup, garlic, oregano, and basil. Mix well. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Place 3 noodles in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 3 inch baking dish. Layer 1/3 each of meat mix, Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, and Parmesan cheese over noodles. Repeat layer twice. Cover with aluminum foil. Let stand 2 hrs or possibly chill overnight. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 min. Yields 6 servings.
