Receta Sausage & Cheese Mock Souffle

- Place bread in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cover with 2 1/2 c. cheese and sausage (onions added here if used). Beat Large eggs, half & half, 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk and mustard together. Pour over bread and chill overnight.
- Next day: Mix soup and lowfat milk. Pour over bread mix. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let rest 15 min before serving.
