Receta Sausage Cheese Queso Dip
Game Day Recipe~
An Easy and Tasty Dip~
- 1 lb Chorizo sausage
- 16 oz Mexican Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz each ) diced tomatoes with chopped green chilies
- 2-4 T hot sauce
- 2-4 green onions, sliced
Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat, drain.
Place sausage, velveeta cheese, cream cheese, tomatoes and hot sauce in a 1.5 quart crock-pot. Cook on high until cheese melts, stirring occasionally. Turn to low and keep warm. Sprinkle with sliced green onions~ Serve with tortilla chips~
