Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 1/2 lb Pork sausage
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. Onion, finely minced
  • 1 c. Chunky salsa, (Mild, Warm or possibly Hottest, your choice)
  • 1/2 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 lrg Cloves garlic, chopped or possibly put through agarlic press

Direcciones

  1. These might be good at a Superbowl party.
  2. Brown grnd beef and sausage together till crumbly. Drain on paper towels to remove as much fat as possible.
  3. Combine beef/sausage mix in a heavy saucepan, and add in the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat till cheese is melted, and mix is thoroughly combined. Serve hot with tortilla or possibly corn chips.
  4. Makes 4 to 5 c..
