Sausage, Egg, Cheese Dish

Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. crescent rolls (Pillsbury)
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. brown and serve sausages, thawed and sliced (10)
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 T minced green pepper
  • 2 T minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano

Direcciones

  1. Separate crescent roll dough into 2 large rectangles. Place in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan, press over bottom and up sides about 1/2 inch to create a crust. Seal perforations. Place cut up pcs of sausage over crust and sprinkle with cheese. Put together remaining ingredients and pour over cheese and sausage. Bake at 425 degree oven for 20 to 25 min till golden. Let set a couple min before cutting. (One lb sliced mushrooms may be used in place of the sausage, or possibly some mushrooms may be used in addition to the sausage.)
