Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Brown sausage. Remove sausage from skillet. Add in 4 Tbsp. flour to the grease. Stir till smooth, add in butter if not smooth. Brown flour mix then add in 2 c. lowfat milk. Add in salt and pepper to taste and sausage to gravy. 4 servings.
