Ingredientes

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 6 tbsp. flour
  • 4 c. lowfat milk
  • Dry crushed red pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry sausage and onion together. Add in flour and lowfat milk. Stir while cooking over medium heat to smooth and thick consistency. Add in pepper. Serve over biscuits. Great for a country breakfast!
