Sausage Onion Stir Fry

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound cooked smoked Polish sausage
  • 3 med. onion
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1/3 c. dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce or possibly tamari
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tbsp. veg. oil
  • Warm cooked egg noodles

Direcciones

  1. Slice sausage into 1/4 pcs. Cut onions into thin wedges. In a small bowl stir together water, sherry, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic pwdr, and pepper; set aside.
  2. Preheat wok or possibly skillet over high heat; add in oil. Add in onions and stir fry 3 min. Add in cauliflower and stir fry 3 min more. Transfer vegetables to a bowl. Add in sausage to wok and cook 2 min. Punch to the sides. Stir cornstarch mix, then add in to the center of the wok or possibly skillet. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Stir in vegetables. Cover and cook 1 minute more. Serve over noodles.
